As a Disability Support and Treatment provider, OTS must comply with the Privacy Act 1988 and Health Records and Information Privacy Act 2002 The privacy and confidentiality of your personal information are important to us, as it is fundamental to the way we conduct business.

This legislation ensures the protection of an individual’s personal information and the appropriate storage and use of the information. OTS is obligated to follow certain requirements in relation to the collection of information.
